e-Quant is very different to other ITIL® Training providers.

First, our trainers are far more than simply ‘slide readers’. They are experienced IT Managers and ITIL® Practitioners. They bring to the classroom years of experience in the practical application of Best Practice. They truly understand the subject, and are therefore able to use real life examples to illustrate and bring to life the often ‘dry’ ITIL® theory.

Secondly, we not only offer the full range of accredited ITIL® Training courses, but we also offer a comprehensive range of highly practical and relevant ITIL® related workshops and short courses.

Our extensive Consultancy and practical implementation experience of ITIL® has shown us that in many cases the formal ITIL® accreditation courses need to be supplemented by more specialist courses, providing expertise in specific practical areas of ITIL®.   

Rather than simply repeat the (often confusing) ITIL® theory, our workshops and short courses have been specifically developed to provide a true understanding of the more practical aspects of ITIL®. They are tailored to promote a real understanding of what ITIL® is, how, why, when to use it, how to maximise the benefits of deploying ITIL®, and what are the key operational elements, etc.

Our workshops and short courses include relevant input from ITIL® v2, ITIL® v3, ISO20000, COBIT etc.

To maintain quality and encourage a high degree of discussion, debate, and group interaction, all of our workshops and short courses are limited to a maximum of 10 delegates.

Please note that all workshops and short courses listed in our public schedule can be delivered as ‘on demand’ in-house courses for your organisation. In these instances (if required) the content can be tailored to meet any specific requirements you may have.
