Overview
This non-technical in-house briefing can be delivered in either a half or full day, and is intended to introduce ITIL® in a relevant and practical way to those involved in areas of Consultancy other than IT Service Management (e.g. any form of technical consultancy).
It is ideal for individuals that wish to have an overview ITIL® itself, so that they can understand the wider implications of ITIL® in their particular areas of expertise.
This in-house briefing can used in preference to attending the ITIL® Foundation course, when a more practical overview of ITIL® rather than a detailed understanding of the actual processes is required.
