organisation that has an interest in developing or running an ITIL®
Alignment (Maturity) Assessment.

- Understand value of undertaking regular Alignment Assessments
- Understand how develop the Alignment Assessments to accurately reflect the maturity of the current operational processes against the ITIL® framework.
- Learn how to organise and run the Assessment itself.

- This course is suitable for anyone responsible for ensuring the Continual Improvement of IT Services and / or processes.
- It is also suitable for anyone who has a responsibility implementing ITIL® in an organisation, or who wishes to determine the state of ITIL® alignment (and maturity) before embarking on process improvements
- Although there are no formal prerequisites it is envisaged that the delegates should have at least a basic awareness of the IT Infrastructure Library.
