ITIL® Awareness for IT Managers

Overview
This non-technical in-house briefing can be delivered in either a half or full day, and is intended to introduce IT Management to ITIL® in a relevant and practical way.

It is ideal for individuals and organisations that wish to have an overview ITIL® itself, perhaps as part of considering the advantages, benefits and costs, etc of implementation.

This in-house briefing  can used in preference to attending the ITIL® Foundation course, when a high level Managerial overview of ITIL® rather than a detailed understanding of the actual processes is required.
